Our computer generated reports with color pictures are available for online report retrieval. Reports are prepared and uploaded to our website within 18 hours of the inspection. The report can then be viewed by access with a secure password we issue to our Client. Our Client can share this with other parties as needed: such as agents, sellers, bankers, buyers, etc. Your report will be easily available anywhere you have internet access!
An onsite summary report will be given at the time of the inspection, and a full hard copy notebook or CD with color pictures is available by request.
